Unlike many of our contemporaries we also supply initial training on POS Systems and we have quick reference guides available for many of our products that we can send to you online.
We encourage our customers to read the information we have available online, which will educate the customer on a variety of issues such as the basics of payment processing, how to handle chargebacks, tips on how to avoid fraud, how to train your employees to accept credit card transactions, and others, which are all designed to save the merchant money and trouble.
